8 Tips To Protect Your Vibe

I am a huge believer of energy and vibes. I also think we each have a responsibility to protect them. Y’all already know that I am on Team Positive Vibes Only. That said, in the of Pulitizer Prize recipient and one of my favorite hip hop artists Kendrick Lamar, b#$@# don’t kill my vibe. Today, I am sharing 8 tips to protect your vibe.

Let go of things you can’t control.

Easier said than done, but this reduces stress, believe me.

Avoid comparing yourself to others.

Comparison is the thief of all joy.

Keep your faith larger than you fears.

Trust your intuition and don’t do anything that doesn’t feel right.

Embrace alone time to seek clarity and reflect.

Despite the the world wants you to believe, not all silence is awkward.

Speak kindly to yourself and others.

I repeat to YOURSELF and others. We can be our own worst enemies if we allow.

Stay away from people who drain your energy. 

I admit this may not always be possible, but if it isn’t, try to minimize your time with them and employ a self-care ritual, like breath work, to reset afterwards.

Ignore any opinions and energy that does not enhance your life. 

Say it with me, you (negative opinions and energy) can’t sit with us.
